Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
• Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $100 within the continental US!

Adult Signature Requirement

Due to federal and state regulations, an Adult Signature (21+) is required upon delivery for packages containing certain products, including vapes and tobacco alternatives. The delivery carrier will verify the age of the recipient at the door. Please ensure someone 21 or older is available to sign for the package.

State Restrictions

Certain products, such as THCA flower or specific vaping devices, may be restricted in your state. We strictly adhere to all local laws and will automatically cancel and refund any items in your cart that cannot be legally shipped to your provided address.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

While we do ship to P.O. boxes via USPS for many items, large glass pieces or high-value orders requiring adult signatures may require a physical street address. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Discreet Packaging

We respect your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or standard carrier envelopes. The return label will simply read "Fulfillment Center" or our corporate LLC, with no mention of "Wicked Smokes" or the contents inside.
