REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied. Here is how we handle returns and damaged items.

General 14-Day Return Policy

We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.

Strict Glass Policy

Damaged Upon Arrival: We meticulously pack our glass pieces to survive the journey. However, accidents happen. You MUST inspect your glass piece immediately upon delivery. Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos of the broken item and the shipping box.

Used Glass: For health and safety reasons, we ABSOLUTELY CANNOT accept returns on any glass pipes, water pipes, or accessories that have been used. If an item is returned and found to have any residue, smell, or signs of use, it will be destroyed immediately and no refund will be issued.

Vapes & Electronics

Defective vaporizers and electronic accessories can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, all warranty claims must be processed directly through the product's manufacturer. Please keep your original packaging and warranty cards!

Note: Disposable vapes are sold as-is. We can only replace disposable vapes if they are "dead on arrival" and reported within 48 hours.

Consumables (Flower, Edibles, E-Liquids)

Due to the nature of the products, all sales on consumables (THCA flower, gummies, e-liquids, etc.) are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items under any circumstances for safety and sanitary reasons.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent you the wrong item). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
