How old do I need to be to buy from Wicked Smokes?
+You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase any products from our store, in compliance with federal and state regulations. We require age verification during checkout and an adult signature upon delivery.
Do you ship your products nationwide?
+Yes, we ship to most locations across the United States. However, certain local and state restrictions apply to specific products, such as THCA flower or flavored vapes. We comply with all local laws and will notify you if a product cannot be shipped to your location.
What is THCA flower, and is it legal?
+THCA (Tetrahydrocannabinolic Acid) is a natural cannabinoid found in hemp. Under the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp-derived products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight are federally legal. THCA converts to Delta-9 THC when heated (decarboxylated). We only ship to states where hemp-derived cannabinoids are legal.
Is your shipping packaging discreet?
+Absolutely. We value your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or mailers with a generic return address. There is no mention of "Wicked Smokes" or smoking products on the outside of the packaging.
How can I track my order?
+Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can also view your order status and tracking details directly in your account profile under the Orders section.
What is your return policy?
+We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and safety standards, used items, opened consumables (like e-liquids and edibles), and sale items cannot be returned. Please visit our Returns page for more information.
What should I do if my glass item arrives broken?
+Although we pack our glass items with extreme care, accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the broken item and packaging and contact us at support@wickedsmokes.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue a replacement or refund immediately.
Are the vape brands you sell authentic?
+Yes, authenticity is guaranteed. We source all vaporizers, devices, and e-liquids directly from the manufacturers or their authorized distributors. Most vape products feature a scratch-off QR code on the box that you can scan to verify authenticity on the manufacturer's website.
Where is your glassware sourced?
+We stock a curated selection of both premium imported glassware and high-end, American-made artisan glass. We work closely with local glassblowers to offer unique, hand-blown functional art.
Do you offer digital or physical gift cards?

+To keep your glass pieces performing and looking their best, we recommend cleaning them regularly using isopropyl alcohol (90% or higher) and coarse salt, or a specialized glass cleaner. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and let dry completely before use.
